Women’s Mind Body Detox Retreat 17-19 January 2020

I’ve created this retreat to help reset habits formed over the festive period that will last past January, I promise! It will include 2 days of my gentle 14 day cleanse designed to allow you to still function in the real world (you can then complete the remaining 12 days at home if that works for you). No dieting or unrealistic goal setting.

The purpose? To bring you deep relaxation and renewed vitality ready to take on 2020! The retreat will include curated elements to help support the mind and the body:

Knowledge – 3 nutrition talks by me: an introduction to the gentle detox; why our liver is so important (especially for our hormones) and why it’s in need of some TLC; how to boost your much needed energy levels.

Movement – A revitialising vinyasa yoga session in the woodland yurt. A training session in the yurt from Lucy Pinto, PT and The Box co-founder.

Mind – A guided meditation to help us set new intentions for 2020, also set amongst nature in the woodland yurt.

Nourishment for mind and body – Fully catered by the wonderful Planted team using in season produce especially designed to help support detoxification. All the food will be gluten free and plant based. A 5 course vegan tasting menu held on the Saturday night.

You can opt to do as little or as much as you like- it’s your Retreat so you might just want to recline in the conservatory and read a book! Tilton House is a wonderful space, once owned by John Maynard Keynes and his wife, both part of the Bloomsbury set; Charleston is two lanes away!

Check in: 3pm Friday 17th for a 4pm start. Float out: 3pm Sunday 19th.
