Our Updated Privacy Policy
Alchemy Super Blends Ltd are committed to providing our subscribers and customers with exceptional service. The security of your personal information is hugely important to us.  Protecting your personal information is one of our highest priorities.  The data protection law in the UK changes on 25 May 2018 and this privacy policy sets out your rights and responsibilities under the new law. We are implementing appropriate processes to ensure that we are able to meet our obligations under the new law and this is an ongoing process which will continue after 25 May 2018.

When you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, and phone number. We refer to this information as “Order Information”. When you enter sensitive information (such as email, address, phone numbers) on our website, we encrypt that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL).  We do not store credit card details.  All payment information is through our third party Paypal’s payment system so we do not handle any credit card information.

We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (such as arranging for shipping, and providing you with order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information only online with the preferences you have shared with us to:
– Communicate with you;
– Sharing nutrition and product information, along with recipes and discounts via our email newsletters.

You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time by clicking ‘unsubscribe’ at the bottom of the newsletter at any time.

We share your Personal Information only with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, for marketing or for processing orders. For example, we use WooCommerce to power our online store–you can read more about how WooCommerce uses your Personal Information here: https://woocommerce.com/privacy-policy/. You can also opt-out of Google Analytics here: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.  We use Mailchimp for email marketing – their new Privacy Policy can be viewed here: https://mailchimp.com/legal/privacy/

We may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

As described above, we use your Personal Information to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications we believe may be of interest to you.
