Sport Elixir review by Sally in Hove

I blended the Sports Elixir into a pre training smoothie of avocado, banana, kale, Brazil nut and coconut water . The hemp & pea protein content kept me full and efficiently fuelled my muscles, the ginseng kept me alert. I used this product during a 4hr cycling endurance event, I took an extra smoothie to have half way through but I didn’t use it. I was really impressed!
